Conversation Labels
We've added visual labels to help you track the status of every email in your workflow:

Not Responded — The email arrived but hasn't been answered yet

Responded — Your workflow successfully sent a reply

Routed — The email was forwarded to the right person using Intelligent Routing
These labels appear in your conversation list, so you can quickly spot which emails need attention and confirm your workflows are working as expected.
MCP Integration
You can now connect Eloquens AI to external tools and services using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This means your workflows can:

Pull information from connected business systems

Trigger actions in third-party applications

Access real-time data beyond your uploaded documents
Set up your MCP connections in workspace settings to extend what your workflows can do.
Table Vault Knowledge
Working with spreadsheets and structured data? Table Vault is a new way to upload CSV files that gives you significantly better results:

Precise answers — Get accurate responses based on specific rows and columns

Perfect for catalogs — Product lists, pricing tables, FAQ databases, and more

Structured queries — Ask questions like "What's the price for item X?" and get exact answers
Simply upload your CSV to Table Vault and your workflows will understand your data with much greater accuracy.
Stay Informed with Automated Alerts
You'll now receive email notifications when something needs your attention:

Token Expiration — Get alerted when your email persona's Google authorization has expired. Simply re-authorize to get back up and running.

Connection Issues — Receive a heads-up if an MCP connection drops, so you can reconnect before it affects your workflows.
No more wondering why emails stopped processing—you'll know immediately when action is needed.
Better Workflow Testing
When you use Rerun Workflow or Test Workflow, you'll now see exactly which knowledge sources contributed to the response:
