Admin

• Can invite new members (Admin or User roles only)
• Can edit member roles (except Owner roles)
• Can access most features but cannot delete the workspace

User

• Can use existing workflows and access shared knowledge
• Can view team members but cannot manage them
• Cannot invite new members or change workspace settings
• Limited to using features created by Owners/Admins
