Setting Up Document Knowledge for Workflows
Step 1: Create a Folder
If this is your first workflow, start by creating a folder to organize your knowledge base:
- Give the folder a relevant name based on its purpose
- Examples: "Product A Documentation", "Sales Guidelines", "Customer Support Policies"
- Use descriptive names that make it easy to identify the folder's contents
- Think about how you'll organize information as your knowledge base grows
Step 2: Upload Relevant Documents
Add the necessary documents into your folder to provide the required information for your workflows:

- From your computer - Drag and drop or browse to select files (supports multiple file selection)
- Google Drive - Including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides (automatically converts Google Workspace files to standard formats)
- OneDrive - Access your Microsoft cloud documents (supports both personal and organizational accounts)

File Processing Status
Uploaded files require processing before they can be used by your personas. Monitor the processing status through these indicators:

- 🟠 Orange Indicator - The file is being processed
- 🟢 Green Indicator - The file has been processed successfully and is ready for use
- 🔴 Red Indicator - There was an error during processing (hover over the indicator for details). Try removing and upload again.

- File Selection - Choose files from your computer or cloud storage
- Folder Assignment - Files are organized into named folders within your workspace
- Storage Check - System verifies files don't exceed your account storage limits

You don't need to wait for files to be fully processed before saving your workflow. You can:
- Manage Knowledge - Select this option for a workflow to view the status of uploaded files

- Continue Setup - Proceed with other workflow configuration while files process
