•  Workspaces: Workspace organization lets you spin up distinct Workspaces under a single umbrella account, keeping departments, projects, or private teams (and all their knowledge and conversations) neatly isolated without extra tenants or logins.

 

• Support for CRM Forwarding & BCC: CRM-aware notifications can forward or BCC every email that flows through Eloquens straight into CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce, allowing your Sales teams to get a complete, automatic history of customer interactions with zero manual logging.

 

• Others

  • The sign-up flow is faster than ever: email-and-password registrations now receive a six-digit verification code on the same screen. You confirm your account without jumping to your inbox, so new users land in Eloquens in seconds.
  • Inviting an Administrator is now a one-step process. When you add a teammate you can grant admin rights right in the invite, eliminating the old “invite-then-promote” dance.
