Overview
The Translate to menu lets you instantly view any conversation in the language you choose—while keeping the original text unchanged. It’s perfect when you’re reading a message that isn’t in your native language or need to check the conversation in a different language before replying.
What the Interface Does

How to Use It

Open Conversations and select the thread you want to translate.

Click 🌐 Translate to: in the upper-right corner.

Scroll or type in the search bar to find your target language.

Click the language - Eloquens AI reloads the conversation in that language.

Need the original wording? Click View Original to switch back.
Note: Translation affects only what you see on-screen. Your replies will send exactly as you write them, so compose in the customer’s language or use the AI Generate helper to generate a translated response first.
