Overview
The Conversations section in Eloquens AI serves as a centralized hub for managing email interactions handled by your Email Personas. It allows you to view, search, and manage all email threads in one place, providing full visibility into the email lifecycle and enabling efficient handling of communications.

Viewing Conversations:

Navigate to the "Conversations" section from the left-hand menu.

View email threads in a clear, organized list format. Each thread displays key details such as the subject, sender, and timestamp of the latest message.

Click on a conversation to open it and view the full email thread, including incoming emails, AI-generated routing and responses.

Searching over Conversations:

Use the search bar at the top of the Conversations page to quickly find specific email threads.

Search by subject or participants of an email thread to locate a conversation efficiently.

Conversation Indicators:

Draft Indicator: Displays if the AI-generated response is pending approval or requires edits before sending.

Download Conversations:

Use the "Download" icon next to the search bar to export conversation details.

The download includes the subject, participants, and the latest update of the thread, allowing you to archive or analyze conversations offline.

Searching within Conversations:

After selecting a conversation, use the search bar on the upper right on the conversation segment to locate specific keywords, whether in incoming emails, routing actions, or AI responses.

Translating Conversations
- You can translate an entire thread into over 40 languages.
- Select a conversation and then choose Translate to... from the upper right of the conversation segment.
- To revert, select the same button and choose View Original from the drop down menu.
By leveraging the Conversations section, you can streamline email management and maintain clear communication workflows.
