Using Statistics

Overview

The Statistics section in Eloquens AI provides actionable insights to help you improve your workflows, routing strategies, and Email Persona performance. By leveraging statistical data, you can identify trends, address inefficiencies, and achieve your organizational goals more effectively. 

How to Use Statistics

  1. Accessing Statistics:
    • Navigate to the "Statistics" section from the left-hand menu.
    • Use the search bar to find workflows by name or apply filters to refine your view by groups or other parameters.
  2. Rearranging and Customizing Columns:
    • Click on the "Properties" button
    • Adjust the display of data by rearranging or hiding columns to focus on metrics that matter most to you.cker.
  3. Viewing Workflow Details:
    • Click the (i) icon next to a workflow name to view its detailed statistics.
    • This will display messages and the categories into which they have been classified, such as Positive Feedback, General Inquiry, or Follow-Up.
    • Filtering Specific Categories: Use the filter options to view specific categories of messages, such as Negative Feedback, Internal Action, or Calendar Appointment. Filtering helps narrow down the data to specific classifications for focused analysis.
  4. Navigating to Conversations:
    • Clicking on "Go to replies" below a message will take you directly to that specific conversation message in the Conversations section.
    • This allows you to investigate or follow up on a particular email thread easily.
