The Statistics section in Eloquens AI provides insights into the types of incoming emails and handling of emails across your Workflows. By analyzing incoming emails, routing, and responses, you gain better understanding of the type of emails and responses in your Workflows.
Types of Statistics
Incoming Email Statistics:
Eloquens AI classifies incoming emails into various categories to help you understand the nature of your communications.
Categories include (but not limited to):
- Positive Feedback: Emails indicating satisfaction or approval.
- Negative Feedback: Emails expressing dissatisfaction or concerns.
- General Inquiry: General questions or requests for information.
- Assistance/Support Request: Requires help or support.
These classifications provide clarity on email trends and priorities.
Routing Statistics:
Measures the handling of emails routed to other individuals or departments.
- Handoff: Instances where responsibility for an email was transferred to a specific team or individual.
Routing statistics help assess if the Email Persona ended up handing off the email to another group.
Response Statistics:
Focuses on the responses generated for incoming emails.
- Calendar Appointment: The number of emails where an appointment was scheduled as part of the response.
