Editing a Workflow
- Navigate to the Workflows Page:
- Log into Eloquens AI and go to the "Workflows" page in the left sidebar.
- Locate the Workflow:
- Scroll or use the search bar to find the specific workflow you want to manage.
- Access the Actions Menu:
- For each workflow entry, you'll see a "kebab" icon (three vertical dots) in the rightmost column.
- Clicking this icon will reveal a dropdown menu with several options.
- Workflow Management Options:The actions menu provides the following options:
- View Summary: Click this to review a high-level overview of the workflow's settings.
- View Conversation: Click this to review all conversations that are associated with this workflow.
- Manage Knowledge: Click this to add, edit, or remove knowledge documents associated with the workflow.
- Edit: Click this to modify the workflow's settings and rules.
- Delete: Click this to permanently remove the workflow.
Switching Off/On a Workflow
- In the column with the Workflow name, there is a toggle button.
- Clicking the toggle button will turn the workflow on or off.
- When the toggle is green and to the right, the workflow is on and active.
- When the toggle is gray and to the left, the workflow is off.
Additional Notes
- Use the "Search by workflow name" input box to locate a specific workflow quickly.
- The "Filter by group" dropdown allows you to organize workflows by the groups they belong to.
- Remember that deleting a workflow is permanent, so confirm you intend to remove it before selecting "Delete".
By using the toggle and these menu options, you can efficiently control and adjust each of your workflows to meet your changing needs.
