Overview
Custom Tone, also known as Responder Rules or Tone, enables you to define how AI-generated responses should be styled. This feature allows customization of tone, formality, and depth of responses, making your email communication consistent and brand-aligned.
Using Custom Tone
Custom Tone settings are configured during the initial setup of a workflow under Email Settings > Advanced, and they take effect immediately when the workflow is saved. You can also edit them at any point in time, by Editing a Workflow.
