A reliability-focused release: Knowledge AI indexing is more resilient, workspace cleanup no longer leaves data behind, reconnection alerts are far less noisy, and billing correctly recognizes a trial you have already used.
IMPROVEMENTS
Calmer reconnection alerts: When a mailbox needs re-authorizing, alerts are now grouped per mailbox and sent on a backed-off schedule rather than one email per workflow on every daily check. You will still be reminded until the mailbox is reconnected — just far less often.
Knowledge AI reliability: Your knowledge index is now created on first use instead of up front, and a workspace that never had one no longer blocks cleanup. Indexing failures are actively monitored so problems surface instead of passing unnoticed.
Sturdier email sending: Sending now withstands slow or unresponsive backend conditions instead of failing outright, and confirms a send actually succeeded rather than assuming it.
Setup polish: During guided setup you can now edit or remove individual answers extracted from your sources, instead of accepting the whole set as-is.
Faster embedded experience: Agent settings refresh immediately after saving — no more stale values in the embedded view — and signing out of the host application now properly clears the embedded session.
BUG FIXES
- Fixed a case where a second free trial could start after the in-app trial had already been used.
- Creating a folder in a workspace that no longer exists now returns a clear error instead of failing unexpectedly.
- Account suspension dates are recorded only on a genuine change of state, so they stay accurate.
- Security hardening under the hood, including dependency updates.
