Eloquens v1.24.2

Speak your drafts, compose faster, and get replies informed by attached print files. This release also makes knowledge gaps easier to resolve and improves everyday mailbox reliability.

NEW FEATURES

Draft emails by voice. Speak in the email composer and your words appear in the draft. Dictation is available to everyone.

Put print specifications to work. Your assistant reads page size, page count, colour or black-and-white, bleed, format, and resolution directly from attached print files and uses those details when drafting replies. Very large files are supported too.

IMPROVEMENTS

Get drafts faster. Composing a new email now takes a fraction of the time, helping you move from an idea to a draft quickly.

Resolve knowledge gaps more easily. Knowledge gaps appear once two different people have asked about a topic, with clear topic titles and fewer duplicate entries. Upload a document that answers the question to resolve the gap.

Get connection alerts to the right people. Alerts for connections needing attention go to the people managing the affected assistants, with the account owner as a fallback.

Send Email in the sidebar. The sidebar entry for composing a new email is now called Send Email, matching what the screen does.

BUG FIXES

  • Made mailbox sign-in revocations appear immediately in the connection status, so mail is no longer left unprocessed without explanation.
  • Ensured removed knowledge documents stop contributing to answers, and re-uploading the same file avoids duplicates.
  • Restored older mailbox connections in Settings > Email accounts for the people who connected them.
  • Enabled people to save edits to a mailbox shared with them.
  • Kept "Needs your review", its count, and its "oldest waiting" date accurate when drafts are deleted from the mailbox.
  • Preserved signatures with a logo beside contact details in a two-column layout during editing.
  • Smoothed scrolling in long conversations.
  • Kept the assistant you selected on the Knowledge page.
  • Explained clearly when an assistant is run manually while its automation is switched off.
  • Processed messages carrying an unusual but valid date format in their header.
  • Confirmed a successful HubSpot connection and kept long tool descriptions from breaking the dialog layout.
  • Enabled Kayako and Zendesk connections to be added to an assistant.
  • Made re-checking a document that failed its last check genuinely re-check it.
  • Accepted the Enter key during two-factor authentication setup, and showed clearly when a code was refused.
  • Kept requests to access mail visible in history after their deadline passes, and recorded granted access accurately.
