Eloquens v1.24.0

This release brings Google Docs and Word files into Knowledge as a live, always-current source, adds HubSpot as a one-click knowledge connector, and gives Knowledge a faster way to ask a question and start a reply. It also adds Outlook shared mailbox support and a redesigned Knowledge page.

NEW FEATURES

Google Docs and Word documents in Knowledge: Track a Google Doc or Word file as a knowledge source, and Eloquens re-reads it before answering so the content stays current on its own.

HubSpot as a knowledge source: Connect HubSpot in one click and let your assistant draw on deals and contacts when it answers a question.

Ask Eloquens: Press ⌘K from anywhere to ask a question or start a new email response, with an answer drawn from the same pipeline that replies to your mail.

Outlook shared mailboxes: Connect a Microsoft 365 shared mailbox so an assistant can read and send from it. Filter rules read as a plain sentence with their values, and a Test connection check previews recent mail through the same rules before you rely on it.

Knowledge gaps show real quotes: An unanswered question shows the actual words a customer used to ask it, and opens the real conversation it came from.

IMPROVEMENTS

Tighter account protection: Two-factor authentication setup lives in one place on your Profile, with recovery codes and a record of when it was last used. Connecting a Google document asks only for access to the files you pick, and each person's connection belongs to that person alone.

Knowledge, redesigned: The Knowledge page has been redrawn for clarity and consistency with the rest of Eloquens.

Faster answers in Knowledge: Asking a question returns an answer noticeably faster, especially in workspaces connected to more than one knowledge source.

BUG FIXES

  • Draft mode keeps only the newest draft per conversation instead of leaving older ones behind.
  • The count of open questions on Overview stays accurate and follows the assistant you have selected.
  • Draft-ready notification emails render the original message's line breaks correctly and keep only the most recent messages in a long thread.
  • Setting up a mailbox no longer fails when its email provider has no icon to show yet.
  • Cold-start setup explains why a mailbox connection failed instead of showing a generic error.
