Eloquens v1.25.0

Eloquens 1.25 brings enterprise-grade privacy to your email. Zero access is now formally in place: your assistant reads and writes your mail inside a sealed, cryptographically verified environment, the content of your email stays yours, and you decide when our support team may look and for how long, with a one-time code from your authenticator app. Eloquens also now lives inside Gmail and Outlook: the new Chrome extension shows your assistant's drafts and reasoning right next to the email you are reading. You can now connect a mailbox from any email provider with IMAP, and give your assistant live answers from Salesforce and HubSpot. This release also brings a redesigned assistant page with rules you can manage yourself, a chat panel that changes your assistant's settings on request, and knowledge that tells you when new documents conflict with what it already knows.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY: ZERO ACCESS

Your email stays yours: Your assistant processes mail inside a sealed, hardware-isolated environment (an AWS Nitro Enclave). The keys that decrypt your email work only inside that environment, and only for a software build whose exact measurement has been verified. Outside it, your email stays encrypted everywhere, including in the database, in logs and on the servers that run Eloquens. The protection comes from the architecture itself, so it holds without anyone having to remember a policy.

You decide when support can look, and for how long: If you ask us to investigate a specific email and our engineer needs to see it, they send you a request from inside Eloquens. It names the assistant and the scope. Nothing opens until you approve it with the one-time code from your authenticator app. Access then lasts for a short window (15 minutes by default) and closes on its own. You can narrow the request to a single assistant, decline it, or revoke it early at any moment, and every request and every look is recorded for you to review. Requests you do not answer expire after 24 hours.

Workspace access, signed: Every workspace membership is now signed with a key that exists only inside the sealed environment, so access to your workspace can only be granted through Eloquens itself.

NEW FEATURES

Eloquens for Gmail and Outlook: Install the Eloquens Chrome extension and connect it from Settings. Open any email in Gmail or Outlook on the web (Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com) and see your assistant's draft and the reasoning behind it, without leaving your inbox. The panel follows your browser's language (English, French, Italian, Czech and Brazilian Portuguese), and drafts stay protected by the same privacy controls as in Eloquens.

Connect any mailbox with IMAP: Eloquens now works with mailboxes from any email provider, not only Gmail, Outlook and Kerio. When you connect a mailbox, open More connection options, choose IMAP, and enter your server details and password. Eloquens tests the connection before saving it. Your assistant reads new emails, saves its drafts in your mailbox's Drafts folder, and sends replies through your own mail server.

Salesforce and HubSpot connectors: Connect Salesforce or HubSpot from Knowledge > Add knowledge. Your assistant can then answer with live data, such as accounts, opportunities, deals and contacts, instead of a copy that goes stale. Access is read-only. For Salesforce, enter your company's My Domain address (for example acme.my.salesforce.com) when you connect.

Redesigned assistant page: Each assistant now has four tabs: Assistant, Knowledge, Rules and Settings. Everything about how an assistant behaves is in one place.

Rules: Tell your assistant who to ignore and how to handle specific senders. Block a single address or a whole domain (for example @example.com). Blocked threads and senders are listed in Conversations, and you can undo any block with one click. Forward rules let you choose whether the sender also gets a reply.

Ask your assistant: A chat panel on the assistant page. Ask in plain language, for example "stop replying to newsletters", and the assistant proposes the change. You approve it, and you can undo it afterwards.

Knowledge conflict check: When you upload a document that contradicts or replaces something your assistant already knows, Eloquens flags it and shows you the matching passages side by side, so you can keep the right version.

Unused knowledge: See which knowledge items each assistant has not used, so you can keep its knowledge focused.

Faster setup: When you create an assistant, Eloquens writes its first rules, short instructions and a knowledge document for you, based on your mailbox.

IMPROVEMENTS

Support access approval: Owners manage support access from Settings > Members. Each support request is approved with a code from your authenticator app, and you can see every past request and what was looked at.

Drafts deleted from your mailbox: A draft you delete directly in your mailbox stays visible in Eloquens, marked "Deleted from mailbox", so you can still review or send it.

Cleaner notifications: The notification bell shows drafts from the last 30 days. Drafts that a newer draft replaced, after it was sent, are hidden.

Kerio account alerts: If a Kerio mailbox account is locked or disabled, its owner gets an email explaining how to reconnect.

Light and dark onboarding: Every onboarding page has a light/dark switch.

BUG FIXES

  • Long routing decisions are no longer cut off, so complex emails are routed reliably.
  • The reconnect email now refers to your mailbox by name.
