Eloquens v1.11
This is the release where setting up Eloquens stopped being a form and became a guided experience. We also opened up knowledge sharing across workflows, gave email agents proper signatures and visibility controls, and rebuilt the pricing model around email agents instead of raw send counts.
NEW FEATURES
Guided setup wizard: A step-by-step onboarding flow that connects your inbox, scans it to understand the mail you actually get, recommends a starting template, then walks you through building and testing your first email agent before it goes live. You can see exactly what we look at during the scan, and skip any step you do not need.
Email signatures: Create and manage signatures in Eloquens, attach one to each email agent, and have it applied automatically to AI-drafted emails. You control whether the AI writes its own closing or defers to your signature.
Share Q&A across workflows: Write a Q&A once and reuse it in every workflow in your workspace. Shared Q&As follow along when you duplicate or transfer a workflow, so you are no longer maintaining the same answer in five places.
Test with real conversations: The workflow tester now runs proper back-and-forth test conversations against a draft agent, with session handling and a visual workflow canvas, so you can see how an agent behaves over a thread rather than a single email.
Workflow and persona visibility: Keep an email agent private to you or share it with your workspace, and pick which teammates can see it. New workflows default to private.
New plans and email agent limits: Pricing now works in terms of email agents and monthly email volume, with a one-time email pack available when you need extra headroom in a busy month. Trials line up with the Solo plan at 500 emails and 1 agent.
Q&A management at scale: Automatic categorisation, category filters, and bulk handling for workspaces with large Q&A libraries.
Redesigned create and edit flow: A clearer 9-step flow for building and editing an email agent, replacing the old stepper.
A rebuilt Overview page: A "Needs You" area that surfaces drafts waiting for approval and escalations in one place, alongside next steps and early insights about your mailbox.
A new look for Eloquens, part one: The first half of a full visual rebuild landed at the end of April. New sidebar with the workspace switcher and your account moved to the bottom, a sticky top bar with breadcrumbs and page titles that reveal as you scroll, animated navigation icons, and a warmer page surface throughout. The rest of the rebuild, including dark mode, follows in v1.20.
Trusted domains for embedding: Manage which domains are allowed to embed Eloquens in an iframe.
IMPROVEMENTS
Billing lines up with your subscription. Your subscription start day is now synchronised with the Stripe billing cycle, and older plans correctly show "Email Processes" rather than "Sent Emails".
Account security hardening. IP-level rate limiting on login and one-time-code requests, plus API rate limiting across the board for CASA Tier 2 compliance.
More resilient sending. Gmail send and draft calls now retry with a fallback when the provider returns a transient 404, and thread IDs are refreshed rather than trusted blindly.
BUG FIXES

AI drafts no longer contain multiple alternative replies for you to choose between.

Excess blank lines in draft replies are collapsed.

Large inline images that arrive without a Content-ID are preserved instead of being dropped from the draft.

Workflow search works again, and an XSS issue in the app was closed.

Manage Knowledge respects Discard, and the header layout no longer overflows.

Knowledge AI no longer aborts a whole indexing run when one source is cancelled mid-way.
