Account Status After Payment Problems
If you don't add a payment method before your trial period ends, or if your payment is unsuccessful, your account will go through the following stages:
Suspended Account
- Your account will be suspended when billing cannot be processed (failed payment, expired card, etc.)
- You'll have 15 days to resolve the payment issue
- During this time, you won't have access to the service
- Your data and settings are preserved
Account Deletion Warning
- After 15 days of suspension, your account will be marked for deletion
- You'll have an additional 30 days to reactivate your account
- Your data may still be recoverable during this period
Permanent Removal
- After 45 days total (15 days suspended + 30 days deletion warning), your account and all data will be permanently removed
- This action cannot be undone
How to Reactivate Your Account
To avoid losing your account and data:
- Check for payment failure notifications in your email
- Log into your account (if still accessible)
- Go to Billing Settings
- Update your payment method or resolve any payment issues
- Contact our support team if you need assistance
