Managing Your Profile

Overview

Your profile in Eloquens AI allows you to manage your personal account settings, ensuring your details are up-to-date and secure. This includes updating your name, password, as well as managing account deletion options.

Profile Features

Updating Personal Details:

• Navigate to the "Profile" section in the settings menu.
• Update your first name and last name fields as needed.
• Your email address will be displayed but cannot be edited directly.
• Click Update to save your changes.

Resetting Your Password:

• If you need to change your password, click the Reset Password button.
• You will receive an email with a link to securely reset your password.
• This is optional, as you can continue to use your Google, Microsoft or Kerio Connect login credentials.

Setting the Data Retention Period

• To limit how long Eloquens AI retains and uses messages from your Conversations, enable the Data Retention setting and specify the desired number of days.

Deleting Your Account:

• The "Delete Account" option allows you to remove your account and leave all workspaces where you are a member.
• Note: This will set your account to a DELETED state. We will remove all your data after 30 days. You can still reactivate your account within this period.
