Eloquens v1.22.0
This release gives Eloquens a fresh face and a steadier heartbeat: a redesigned Overview built around your day, a simpler sidebar, email account management right inside Settings — and a rebuilt polling engine that makes sure no email slips through, even when a mailbox connection has a rough patch.
NEW FEATURES
A brand-new Overview: Your home screen now tells the story of your inbox at a glance. "The day" card shows what came in, what was answered and what wasn't — adjustable from today out to the last 30 days. A dedicated needs-review area gathers everything waiting on you, each row explains why it needs attention and offers the matching fix, and drafts are now reviewed right inside the conversation instead of a separate popup, so you always see the full thread while deciding.
Simpler navigation: The sidebar is down to the four places you actually go — Home, My Assistants, Knowledge and Settings. Overview is now called Home, and your Agents now live under My Assistants.
Email accounts, where you'd expect them: Email Personas have moved into Settings and are now called Email accounts — the first tab you see, since it's the one that most often needs your attention. Same capabilities, one obvious place.
IMPROVEMENTS
No email left behind: Gmail, Outlook and Kerio mailboxes now share one coordinated poll cycle that picks up exactly where the last one ended — so a slow provider, a reconnect or a temporary gap can no longer cause a message to be skipped.
Outlook polling filters fixed for good: Custom polling filters on Outlook no longer swallow their own query, and a filter stays exactly as you wrote it no matter how many times you save it.
Your view is your own: The assistant selection you make on Home is remembered per user, and the assistants and workflows you see follow your actual workflow access.
