Eloquens v1.23.0
Your assistants now hand you the questions they could not answer — the things your customers actually want to know. Answer one and every conversation that follows can use it. Product news arrives in the app as well, so you hear about changes like this one where you already work.
NEW FEATURES
The questions your customers ask that nobody has answered yet
When a message arrives and your assistant has no grounding to answer it, Eloquens keeps that question and puts it in front of you. These are your knowledge gaps: real questions, in your customers' own words, that your knowledge base does not yet cover. They are the clearest signal you will get about what your customers expect you to know.
They lead the Knowledge panel, so opening Knowledge takes you straight to them, with a count beside the band showing how many are waiting. Choose any other band and Eloquens leaves you there.
Answering one takes a moment, and the payoff is immediate. The moment you save your answer it becomes part of what your assistants draw on, and they can use it on the very next conversation that asks. The question leaves the waiting list and the count moves with it, so the number in front of you is the number that is genuinely still open.
What's new, without leaving Eloquens
A megaphone icon now sits in the header. Open it and you will see the recent product announcements, newest first, each one saying what changed and linking to the full release notes.
When there is something significant to tell you, it also greets you once as a card the next time you sign in — you do not have to go looking for it. Dismissing an announcement only dismisses it for you; your colleagues still see it on their own next sign-in. A dot on the megaphone tells you when there is something you have not read yet.
BUG FIXES
- A mailbox with no assistant set up is no longer counted as an assistant.
