Eloquens v1.25.1

Eloquens 1.25.1 builds on last week's zero access release with further privacy and access-control hardening across every production region. Knowledge AI now catches conflicting answers at the moment your assistant replies, not only when you upload a document. This release also makes it easier to reconnect a mailbox, check an assistant's statistics, and read the app at a glance.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Zero access, completed everywhere: The final steps of the zero access rollout are complete in every production region, so your email content is held only in encrypted form.

Stronger access controls: We strengthened how support access requests are approved, how sessions are tied to the person who signed in, and how assistant content is scoped to the workspace it belongs to. We also further restricted how the encryption keys that protect your content, consent records and settings can be used.

NEW FEATURES

Conflicts caught at reply time: When your assistant answers using two or more knowledge sources that disagree, Eloquens now flags the conflict in Knowledge so you can keep the right version. This covers Q&A, Google Docs and websites, as well as uploaded documents.

Reconnect any mailbox: Every mailbox in Email accounts now has Reconnect in its menu, next to Edit account and Test connection, so you can refresh a connection without removing the mailbox. Eloquens checks that you signed in with the same account as the mailbox before it saves the new connection.

View statistics from My Assistants: Open an assistant's statistics straight from its menu in the My Assistants list.

IMPROVEMENTS

New Q&A approvals, always available: You can turn on approval of new Q&A even when learning from your team is off. Eloquens explains what changes, asks who to learn from, and turns on both in one step.

Clearer statistics: Newsletters, notifications and auto-replies you receive are grouped as Automated mail, kept separate from the replies your assistant sends, and See them opens the matching emails in place in a wider, easier-to-scan dialog.

Easier to read: Menus, dialogs and cards use high-contrast text, every dropdown menu shares one consistent look, and popups and scrolling surfaces are calmer, with no background blur.

Assistant page polish: Page text matches the rest of the app, actions sit next to the words they act on, and answers in Ask your assistant use short bullet lists with the key words in bold. Your assistant's free-text guidance is called Instructions everywhere.

Change an assistant's mailbox: The Active switch stays visible while you edit an assistant, and a Pause it button lets you pause the assistant before you change its mailbox.

BUG FIXES

  • On the Conversations page, pages you have already loaded stay in place while the list refreshes, and email bodies use the full width of the panel.
  • Reconnect works for IMAP and Kerio mailboxes, including for accounts in our EU region.
  • Assistant settings show the label names your mailbox actually uses, and turning a label back on no longer adds a second label in your mailbox.
  • A link to a conversation opens it directly in its panel.
