AI Summary

How it works

  1. Click a conversation in the left‑hand list

  2. The full email chain loads in the right‑side pane.

  3. The AI immediately generates an overview.

  4. The overview shows inside a collapsible AI Summary card.

 How to do it
Collapse/Expand
 Click the chevron (▾ / ▸) at top‑right of the AI Summary card.
Copy summary
 Click the copy icon (📋) next to the chevron; text is placed on clipboard.
Copy full conversation
 Click the clipboard icon on the toolbar above the email chain.


Why it matters

  • Save reading time. Skip multi‑scroll threads—the AI tells you the key points up front.

  • Faster triage. Decide right away if the issue needs escalation or a template reply.

  • Easy hand‑offs. Share or copy the summary to keep teammates align
